Leslie Andrews (Nun/Parishoner/Ensemble) feels extraordinarily blessed to be a part of this revival!  Ms. Andrews is frequently typecast in religious roles.  She portrayed THE Virgin Mary (and a crack whore and angry Jewish mother) in The Beck Center's Jerry Springer: The Opera as well as a stripper, The Great American Trailer Park Musical (Pippi) and a cult classic porn star, Debbie Does Dallas the Musical (Debbie).  Reverend Leslie is ordained by the Universal Life Church (online, totally legit) and obtained her degree in Voice from the Cleveland State University College of Gospel and Soul Music.  Ms. Andrews was a talent and swimsuit award winner as well as 1st runner-up to Miss Ohio where she prayed for world peace.  She thanks her wonderful family for all of their support, especially the guy with the messed up face.  Also, special thanks to King Daddy Joe and the late Grassy for the chainsaw!  Can I get an amen for this amazing cast and crew?  Obeebum Ebee Bababoo! 

 

Curt Arnold (Mr. Jason/Ezekiel) returns to Blank Canvas, where he has appeared in the “first” The Texas Chainsaw Musical (Mr.Jason/Ezekiel), Next Fall (Adam) and 12 Angry Men (Foreman), as well as assistant stage managing Hellcab As an actor, director and stage manager, he has worked on over 140 productions in the last 36 years in Cleveland and the central Ohio area.  Since 2003, he has been proud to direct and co-produce an annual staged reading of a musical to benefit AIDS service agencies in Cuyahoga and Summit counties.  Next up, he will stage manage ‘night, Mother (with Dorothy Silver) at Beck Center. 

Douglas F. Bailey II (Ensemble) is ecstatic to be returning to the stage at Blank Canvas Theatre, and once again be working with director Patrick Ciamacco. Recently, he has been seen on stage with Mighty Goliath Productions in Oklahoma! (Will Parker), Blank Canvas Theatre in Working (Male 2), Psycho Beach Party (Kanaka) and Debbie Does Dallas: the Musical (Greenfelt/Biddle/Kevin). Some of his favorite roles include, The Producers (Leo Bloom), ...Spelling Bee (William Barfee), Big River (Huck), and Urinetown: The Musical (Bobby Strong). Douglas also recently directed Man A La Mancha and Children Of Eden at TNCA. When not on stage, Douglas spends his time with his beautiful daughter, Matilda. He is elated to be associated with the amazing cast and production team. He would like to thank his friends and family for their continued support and love, especially his roommates, Dan and Sarah. He dedicates his performance in this production to his late father, “The Silver Fox”.

 

Keith Cavey (Ensemble) - has been dying to bleed on you, the audience. His recent credits include Texas Chainsaw the Musical! (Ensemble), The Laramie Project (Various Roles), Godspell (Musical Director), and The Temp (The Temp).

 

 

 

 

 

Kimberly Eskut (Momma/Mother/Ensemble) was recently seen here in Frankie & Johnny (Frankie) and is so excited to once again be part of this production of Chainsaw with this amazing cast and production team. Performing on stage & directing for over 27 yrs, Kimberly has earned 3 wins for featured actress in a musical for her performances in Cabaret (Fraulein Kost), West Side Story (Anita) & Little Me (The Mother’s). Kimberly is presently working/writing a cabaret which will be performed Jan 2014 titled Matchless.com.......The Lady will have the Salmon! Favorite roles include: Legally Blonde (Paulette),Texas Chainsaw (Momma), Blood Brothers(Mrs. Johnstone), Gypsy (Tesse Tura), City Of Angels (Oolie & Donna), Assassins (Sarah Jane Moore), Urinetown (Ma Strong), Chicago (Mama Morton), Cabaret (Sally Bowles), Pippin (Fastrada), Bye Bye Birdie (Rosie) & Lucky Stiff (Dominique Dumonico). Eric Thomas Fancher (Steven) – is beyond happy to be returning to Blank Canvas for the bloody revival of The Texas Chainsaw Musical! Recent credits include Merrily We Roll Along: In Concert (Frank) and The Texas Chainsaw Musical! (Steven) at Blank Canvas Theatre; Ragtime (Younger Brother), Children of Eden (Adam/Noah), and Jacques Brel is Alive and Well and Living in Paris at Near West Theatre; These Are The Times (Elliot Ness/Orson Welles/Danny Michaels) at Cleveland Public Theatre; Monty Python's Spamalot (Dennis/Sir Galahad/Black Knight/Herbert's Father) at Beck Center for the Arts; and co-director of Little Women: The Musical at Fairmount Performing Arts Conservatory. During the day, Eric works as the Department Manager of Jos. A Bank in Rocky River. He would like to thank Sarah for her love and support, the cast for their dedication to mischief and mayhem, and Patrick Ciamacco for creating this amazing theatre and living his dream. TPOG.

 

 

Neely Gevaart (Kristy) is beyond excited to be doing this amazing show again at her favorite theater in Cleveland! She was last seen at Blank Canvas in the Benefit Concert of Merrily We Roll Along (Beth). Her past credits include Funny Girl (Fanny Brice), A Carol for Cleveland (Ensemble), ...Spelling Bee (Logainne Schwartzandgrubenierre), and Assassins (Squeaky Fromme). She is glad to be back with this hilarious cast and crew who remind her why she started doing theater. Thanks to Mom, Dad, Goodrich, and Eric for being awesome, and Taco for being cuddly. 

 

 

 

 

Perren Hedderson (Eddy) Perren’s most recent acting work was in Blank Canvas Theatre’s production of 12 Angry Men (Juror 11). A few films, North East Ohio's own "Hero Tomorrow". New Mexico, "Horror In The Wind". Look em up on Netflix! He is assistant technical director to NWT. Perren also produces video backgrounds/effects for NWT. Thank god Patrick Ciamacco lives and works in Cleveland! Here's to an amazing second time around! 

 

 

 

Betsy Kahl (Melissa/Joey/Ensemble) is happy to be hacked up once again for this show.  Betsy loves her family, her horse, her dog, her job, and Nigerian Dwarf goats.

Kate Leigh Michalski (Lucretia) is overjoyed to be a part of this production again! She is a 2009 graduate of Point Park University with a BFA in Musical Theatre. Some of her favorite past productions include 25th Annual....Spelling Bee (Olive Ostrovsky), You're a Good Man Charlie Brown (Lucy),  Blood Brothers (Linda), Hello, Dolly! (Irene Malloy), The Scarlet Pimpernel (Marie Toussaud), Children of Eden (Eve/Mama Noah), and Girls Night: The Musical (Anita) at the 14th St. Theatre. So much thanks to Patrick and the entire cast and crew for this fantastic opportunity and wonderful experience! Love you Mom! Love you Dad. Shiny! And remember, when facing a possible psycho killer, it is always best to split up for the night and take a nap, alone, somewhere secluded and unarmed. 

Pat Miller (Ensemble) made his Cleveland professional theater debut with the original production of The Texas Chainsaw Musical! at Blank Canvas Theatre. During their inaugural season, Pat also appeared in Debbie Does Dallas: The Musical (Hardwick, Bradley, Ashley, Nick, Johnny & Tim). Since then, Pat has gone on to appear in many critically acclaimed productions in the area. Recent credits include: Monty Python's SPAMALOT (Patsy) and Bloody Bloody Andrew Jackson (Ensemble) at Beck Center, and Next to Normal (Henry) at Lakeland Civic Theatre. Other favorite credits include: Bat Boy: The Musical (Bat Boy/Edgar) at the University of Toledo, and The Secret Garden (Dickon) at the Toledo Repertoire Theatre.
