Vince DelCalzo (Mac) is looking forward to his return to Blank Canvas Theatre, having appeared here in Children’s Letters To Satan (Satan).   A veteran of local theater, Vince has been seen in Fiddler on the Roof (Tevye),  On Golden Pond (Norman Thayer), Urinetown: The Musical, Wait Until Dark, and Witness For The Prosecution,  as well as The Odd Couple,  Miracle on 34th Street and 12 Angry Jurors.  He’s also an avid golfer and a diehard optimist of Cleveland sports teams, and regularly continues his search for the perfect cocktail.  Vince wants to thank his family and friends for their support; without them he’d never get any applause.

Logan Honsaker (Mason Blair) is excited for his first show with Blank Canvas Theatre! He is a graduate of Clarion University of Pennsylvania, where he earned a B.F.A. in acting. Some of his previous roles include The Crucible (Reverend Hale), Twelfth Night (Antonio), and Bill Caine’s Equivocation (Sharpe) at Rubber City Theatre. We would like to thank you all for coming out and supporting the arts!

Eli Ravenson (Blake) is excited to make his debut on the stage at Blank Canvas Theatre.  Previous theatre credits include The Country House (Michael Astor) and The Lyons (Curtis Lyons) at Chagrin Valley Little Theatre, Virtual Devotion (Reverend Pete) at Kent State Stark, and performances at Broadview Heights Spotlights in Dividing the Estate (Lewis Gordon), And Then There Were None (Anthony Marston) and Boeing Boeing (Bernard Lawrence).  His next appearance will be as the Reverend Canon Chasuble, D.D. in the Broadview Heights Spotlights production of The Importance of Being Earnest , from August 24 through September 8.  Outside of theatre, Eli is a college lecturer in philosophy and comparative religion at Cleveland State University and a bartender.  He hopes that you all enjoy the show!

Tiffany Trapnell (Delores Blair) is happy to return to the Blank Canvas Theatre stage for the third time! Previous credits include Extremities (Marjorie) and The Bigfoot Letters (multiple characters) at BCT as well as The Explorer's Club (Phyllida Spotte-Hume) at Clague Playhouse.  Her next project is her directing debut for Kringle's Inventionasium at Tower City.  Go before I go.

Jill Kenderes (Costume Design) is elated to return to Blank Canvas Theatre after costuming the first Factory Series show of this season.  She has been a performer in Northeast Ohio for fourteen years and is excited to expand her theatrical journey with costume design.  Some of her costuming work has been seen with Broadview Heights Spotlights Theatre and French Creek Theatre.  Thanks to Joe, Anthony, Samantha, Patrick, and Katie.

Eric S. Kildow (Director)- is Assistant Professor and chair of the theatre program at Kent State University's Trumbull Campus.  He is a relative newcomer to Northeast Ohio;  this is his first production in the Cleveland area.  Recent directing credits include Much Ado About Nothing and Increased Difficulty of Concentration for the Kent State Trumbull Theatre; Voight Kampff Machine on the Edge of Tomorrow for the Middle American Theatre Conference; Fabric Woven by Time and The Great Conspiracy to Know our Fathers for Burning Coal Theatre of Raleigh, NC; and Turn Right/Turn Left: A Manual for the End of the World for Loitering with Intent Theatre of London, UK.  He has produced work around the United States and Europe, including in New York, Hamburg, London, and Prague.  He is an Alexander Technique practitioner, and integrates somatic learning with his approach to performance. His portfolio can be seen at

Anthony Newman (Playwright) is a writer, actor, and director  who has lived in the Cleveland area his whole life.  This is his first professionally produced play.  He has worked at Blank Canvas Theatre as sound board operator for two years.  Some of his previous acting credits include BCT’s The Bigfoot Letters (Cubby/Murphy) and Rubber City Theatre’s Julius Casear (Casca) and Cymbeline (Pisanio).  He holds a BA in Theatre and English from Case Western Reserve University and studied classical acting at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Arts in London for a semester.  He would like to thank his partner, m. c., for m.c.’s continued love and support, the original college workshop cast and crew, Patrick, BCT, and everyone else who helped bring this show to the stage.

Katie Simón Atkinson (Costume Design) is thrilled to be back for another Blank Canvas Theatre show! Her most recent costuming credits (with her lovely co-costumer, Jill) include The Elephant Man at French Creek Theatre, and Dividing the Estate and James and The Giant Peach, both at Broadview Heights Spotlights.  Their work was also seen in this year’s first Factory Series show, The Way I Danced With You.  She will next be seen onstage as Jacques in Shakespeare in the Square’s production of As You Like It (running Labor Day weekend in Medina).  Thanks to Patrick for the warm welcome and to Jill for the incredible teamwork.  Love to Joe and John always.
