CAST/STAFF

Kyle Burnett is so excited and so grateful to be back at Blank Canvas Theatre for his first production in a year! Kyle was last seen in Yippee-Ki-Yay, Merry Christmas: A Die Hard Musical Parody as FBI Johnson. He was also seen in the ensembles of Kiss of the Spiderwoman, Urinetown: The Musical, and The Rocky Horror Show, all at BCT.  When not acting, Kyle is strutting his heels as Miss Zoey Zegai, Northeast Ohio’s Triple Threat Theatre Queen (@zoeyzegai).   Special thanks to Patrick, Bradley, Mandalyn, and every artist working on this project for making art possible during this time.  Cheers! (@kyledanielburnett)

Kristy Cruz is elated to be returning to the Blank Canvas Theatre “stage” -- in any way possible!  She has previously been seen on the stages of such theatres as Near West Theatre, Dobama Theatre, Lakeland Civic Theatre, and Cleveland Public Theatre.  Favorite roles include The Who’s TOMMY (Mrs. Walker), Chess (Svetlana Surgeivsky), Bat Boy: The Musical (Mayor Maggie/Ron Taylor/Clem), Urinetown: The Musical (Little Becky Two Shoes, Penny), Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street (The Beggar Woman), and Big Fish (Sandra Bloom).  Kristy is incredibly grateful to BCT for exploring this new medium, which allows her to do what she is so passionate about during these uncertain times for the arts.  Many thanks to Pat and Brad for this opportunity, and to Mom and Summer for their constant love and support.

Tony Heffner is relieved to be back at Blank Canvas Theatre, a place that holds such a special place in his heart!  He is a proud member of the Equity Membership Candidacy Program and is eligible to become an AEA member!  He lives in Westlake and has participated in many productions in the greater Cleveland area at venues including Cain Park, Beck Center, The Brecksville Theatre and Weathervane Playhouse. Tony is no stranger to the BCT stage; he’s performed here in High Fidelity (Mohawk Guy), Chess (American Ensemble), and We Will Rock You (Brit).  Tony was scheduled to appear in BCT’s production of The Full Monty (Ethan Girard) but, you know… COVID.  Some of Tony’s favorite credits include Next to Normal (Gabe), Bonnie & Clyde (Clyde Barrow), American Idiot (Johnny), The Hunchback of Notre Dame (Quasimodo), The Who’s TOMMY (Tommy), and Catch Me If You Can (Frank Abagnale, Jr.).  Tony would like to thank Pat for creating the beautiful environment and community that is BCT and for allowing him to be a part of it! GBOGB! For Bug.

Noah Hrbek is thrilled to be performing in this spring concert alongside such an extremely talented group of people. The last time he took the stage was in 2019’s Yippee Ki-Yay, Merry Christmas: A Die Hard Musical Parody.  Since then, he has worked behind the scenes creating graphic art for Near West Theatre, and most recently filming and editing the Teen Untitled Sketch Show with Patrick Ciamacco at Beck Center.

By night, she…goes to bed and sleeps. Love to Josh, A, and KK!
